Reporting tools:

Envelope

To access the envelope reporting folder you have to go to the Home page of CDR https://cdr.eionet.europa.eu/. After login, select the country and then the European Union (EU) obligations folder. There you can find all the obligations, the correct one is ' Marine Strategy Framework Directive: Article 17 (updates)'

Obligation

Once you click in the obligation you will find two sub folders where you have to select '2020 Reporting - Article 11 (monitoring programmes)', there you will have to slect the XML reporting.

Web-forms

A web-form has been developed for each schema. The following document has been developed as guide for web-forms.

The web-forms can be accessed at this url http://webforms.eionet.europa.eu/ or directly from the envelope. You need to click on the 'Create new session file' button to start any questionnaire, in our case 'MSFD Article 11, Monitoring programmes' web form (see the image below).

PDF and RTF Conversor Tool

To convert the XML file to a PDF or RTF document we have developed an external tool where you can select the schema and then select the XML file and an image for your organisation to create the PDF document. This tool has been tested in Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. Download it in this link MSFD Article 11 conversor to PDF & RTF - Version 1.4.2, unzip it and double click in the setup.exe file to start the installation. If you find any error or want to give us some feedback, please contact the MSFD helpdesk.

Merge Tool

To merge different XML files we have developed an external tool where you can select the schema to use and a folder where many XML files of a same schema are located giving as result anew file merging all the information. This tool has been tested in Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. Download it in this link MSFD Article 11 Merger Tool - Version 1.3.1, unzip it and double click in the setup.exe file to start the installation. If you find any error or want to give us some feedback to the helpdesk email.
